Deep dark granate red. Commanding sour cherry aromas invade your nostrils right away. Some oak aromas come through as well, but discreetly enough. Same great presence come to the palate, showing dark plum flavors right away. Shows really delicious acidity. Great depth. Beautiful stucture and dimensions; all supporting delicious fruit in great balance, thus this is not considered a fruit bomb, necessarily. Full body, with phenomenal talc-like texture. Perfectly dry wine, showing absolutely no residual sugar. I am plesantly impressed by the wine. Quite remarkable. 91 pts.
