Bodegas Olarra, White, NV (First Release, 1970-1973 harvests?). Fascinating history - first release of Olarra Blanco (released 1974). Some salinity on the nose, chamomile as well. Still some freshness, a touch of stone fruit on the palate, but mostly grassy, herby flavors. Maybe a few more years to go, but should drink soon.
