Sophisticated from start to finish. The nose is warm with baked apple, minerality and spice. The palate introduces citrus notes of orange zest, pink grapefruit along with white pepper for some zing. The finish is subtle with stone fruit. Overall complex and delicious!

A nice summer white! Stone fruit and a nice "zing" - crisp. Oysters. Grilled fish. Going to try it with grilled chicken & local corn w/lime & chili tonight
