Rich dark yellow, almost amber. Unusual flavor profile: apricot skin, citrus pith, star fruit, maybe a little wax; good minerals.

Petrol like a good Reisling; but more fruit. Citrus, some piney notes. Excellent food wine but very tasty on its own.

Aug 31st, 2021Attractive nose of peach, grapefruits, honeysuckle, light limestone, and a hint of roasted almond at the end. Clean, refreshing palate, viscous like a viognier, with medium acidity and good intensity. Finishing off with a bit heat.
A delightful blend of 70/30 Viura (more than 80 year old)/Maturana Blanco.
