Enchanting! Or is it because we know it's from the Canary Islands? Think Etna ( volcanic) softer spoken. Mineral Core w black cherries & herbs. Light frame. Eye opener. Plus cool bottle-no front label, has a pour spout, & less than 20$. Jose Pastor import

Opened this 5 days ago and didn't love it. Popped it in the fridge, went out of town, came home, tried it again last night. Totally delicious. Any wine that can stand up to 5 days in the fridge is A-Ok in my book

Fun wine: great bottle, incredible vineyards (look at pictures!), and delicious. Cured meat funk with smoke and red fruit
