Oct 16th, 2014Tasted blind (suspected aged Cornas) - Dark purple core fading to weathered ruby. Smoked beef, barnyard, and animal sweat over dried plum and blackberry fruits. Palate echos a sense of meatiness with dark forest berries. Dry to finish with length and depth.
