Oloroso Palomino Fino

Refer to previous notes, yesterday in fact.
Opened yesterday, screwtop, liter btl.
Old style, lots of wood, like boats in dock, salt& toffee
Completely dry on the palate.Really wondrous stuff, and at 18°, watch out.
It really has this snap to it that keeps it fresh.

Supposedly a very “ odd” style , maybe just older than people are used to.
N: wood, wood lacquer, salt, toffee, dried rose petals.
P: Bone dry, malt, toffee, lacquer, old boats( if one was to lick them*), slightest hint of dried sultanas.
A 15-20 sec long finish.
Weird and wonderful.
