Being from Ontario Chivite's wines are really the only ones from Navarra we get. I remember these wines from 15 years ago and they always over perform for the price. My dad gave me this 09 for Xmas 15 and I must say it has been years since I have had one but it's great. The balance and complexity makes up for the lack of power in spades. Bright and juicy with layers that keep you intrigued. A 12$ wine that after 6+ years is fresh as a daisy. High score is for value. Has another 10 years in it.
