Jan 31st, 2019Vintage 2015 / extremely curious grape: #Malvar. Barrel-fermented. Flowers in smell. Rich taste with cedar, good constitution. My attention was drawn to this wine in a tasting where it was next to Burgundian whites such as Saint Veran and Pouilly Fuissé. This white wine from #spain represented real good value 🙂 I partnered it with pork yesterday and with a sauerkraut dish with onion-pork saucages today. A very pleasant surprise.

Due to the dominating bitters very suitable for dining. Nice effort.
