May 13th, 2018Wow. Pours almost black. Was expecting a fruit bomb, but it's fully attenuated, and predominately earthy. Long, subtle hang that offers surprises as it oxidizes. Pairing with my usual cured meats, cheeses, pickled things. Definitely a winner.
