I couldn't resist drinking this. As gorgeous as the last bottle, but just ever so slightly more integrated.

Hawt dayum! Coconut, dill, stewed cherries, tobacco, sage, and lively acid. Still needs time for the oak to integrate, so don't be touching my other bottle for quite a number of years.

Very tasty. Sweet roses, vanilla, baked bread, and very ripe red fruit. I’d drink this daily...as long as it pairs well to food. I’m curious how this will develop with age.

Great classic Rioja. Stewed red fruit, cedar, old oak, spice, cocoa. Velvety texture.

Becomes more acidic as it opens up. Strange fishy note on the bouquet but taste is under ripe dark berries. Tight flavors that relax as the bottle opens
