APPEARANCE
Clear, with a medium ruby intensity in color. The legs are clear and fall away at a normal rate.
NOSE
The nose is clean and youthful with a medium(-) intensity of cranberry and strawberry, as well as white peppercorn spice.
PALATE
Completely dry on the palate, the acidity intensity is high, the tannin are fine-grained and medium(-) in intensity, while the alcohol is medium and the body is medium(-). Flavor intensity is light with the red strawberry and cranberry fruits turning tart, the spice does not follow through as much on the palate as it did on the nose. The finish is medium(-). I would say the wine is not balanced as the acidity dominates the wines profile to the point of interfering with the fruit and the overall harmony of the wine.
CONCLUSIONS
Acceptable, this wine was fermented and stored in 100% stainless-steel tank before bottling. This is a young wine that I think falls short of its intended character, though with its high acidity should do well with a charcuterie plate or other lighter, saltier savory food pairings. Immediately, from the first encounter with the nose I could tell this was going to be bright and acid driven and the palate confirmed that for me., This wine is ready to drink now and not suitable for ageing. , Inexpensive

Spices and wild berry aromas. Smooth and rich taste with nice balanced tanins. 2013 was a great year for this juice.
