Quite full in the mouth , red apple , peach , round but good acidity , balanced alcohol . Not bad length , drink now and over the next couple of years, quite simple but enjoyable none the less

Aug 28th, 2020vineyards in the village of Épila within the little-known Valdejalón appellation. Fermented and aged in concrete for 3 months after some brief skin-contact. Aromas of citrus and hay. Dry, crisp and drinkable, with great acidity and nice, slightly bitter finish.
