En nariz cítricos, pera, flores blancas, melocoton, tomillo y algo de mantequilla de cacahuete. Algo de lías también.

Buena acidez, sabores con recuerdos de manzana, mineral, amargor final presente.

Muy bien con queso brie y escabechados.

What a fantastic and out of the ordinary wine. Strong taste of passion fruit, green apple, and some pineapple. Fruity, but tart not sweet. Really enjoyed this.
