Black cherry, bramble, and pipe tobacco. Deep purple color but maintains some juiciness at a satisfying 13% abv. Certified organic from a single vineyard in the Valle de Uco. A project of famed Patagonian chef Francis Mallmann.

Not my go to, but an excellent affordable chili pairing on a cool Brooklyn night. Great packaging and QPR.

Opaque. Concentrated pomegranate seed and cherry compote. Rather red fruited given its dark hue. Project of Francis Mallman. Single vineyard, organic, and vegan.
