A seductive tropical quality in the nose, slightly reduced fruitiness- ripe melon and mango. Bright yet luscious on the palate with lemon and grapefruit. Satiny, salty and savory. With a flinty mineral spark. And fierce acid. Fantastic.

Well this is quite an interesting wine, opened up after an hour. Perfumed nose with white tea notes, peach, coconut, nuts and flowers.
In the mouth very full and round. Sweet, sour and some bitter tones. Even some salted licorice.
