Macabeo by Mariano

Funky, natty, unfiltered and pretty damn delightful. Tastes like a slightly tart cider, semi cloudy orange/peach hue.

Would be great w spicy Asian cuisine 👌 but given I don't have that on hand and only have sharp cheddar cheese in the fridge (insert sad emoji) - worth noting that sharp cheese is, too, a delicious pairing
