Was described as a juicy quaffer by the store in CPH but I actually found this to have a firm backbone and wish I had tried it with cured meats or even something more substantial. Bobal today reminds me of Grenache gesturing toward gamay. This is truly a steal at $20 and would benefit from a couple years of sleep.

Jul 5th, 2018This has Got to be the best red wine I’ve ever bought for $20. Learned about at Noma’s 108. An irrepressibly pure and youthful nose, striking a fine balance between fruit and savory, like prosciutto melon or strawberries and feta, with tart red fruit reminiscent of cranberry and pomegranate. Simply gorgeous, with steak or alone, and highly recommended to all!

Superb! Bought in valencia, brought home to accompany some usual spinach and Indian type of dinner. Can't tell you the flavor but this tastes like a 2nd cousin to last year's Contadino. All in good ways!
