So smooth with incredible acidity and length.
The bottle from the previous bottling I tasted (back in 2010) had 18,5% alc. according to the label. This bottling it's 20,5%. Fondillon seems to evaporate quicker than it's being drunk. Which is a shame for such a monumental wine!
