My appreciation of this wine differs with that of a year ago. I tasted it on a bad day… Elegance, vanilla, flint but sooo sweet. And a difference between a compelling smell and a taste that ‘s near to oxidation. Tasted blind my teammates and I predicted garnacha and region well.
