It’s ok I’ve had Rioja reserva from Costco at half the price and almost as good. The wine was fine but not for the price. Some reviewers are committing on how long in oak. All Spanish reserva red wines must be aged 36 months before release, white and rose wines must be held back 18 months in total.

Mushroom and cherry on the nose. Really dark and rich for a Rioja. Dry. Leather. Cherries galore. Hints of vanilla.
