Medium lemon color with medium+ aromas of dried fruits, green olives, bread dough, nuts and citrus notes. On the palate this dry Sherry shows flavors of dried apricots, almonds, black currant leaf and citrus zest. Long finish ending with briny, salty character. Very good, drink now no bottle aging benefit. Tasting Sample.
