Very smooth, can be drink with and without food. I paired with lamb and it was perfect. The Cabernet overpowers the Tempranillo but the result result is surprisingly good.

The 20% Cab was way too much and really takes over the Tempranillo. It is missing the delicate fruit that I was expecting. A bit woody as well resulting from new French oak used in aging. Definitely drinkable but disappointing.
