I would consider rating this higher because when we first opened it it fell short on all accounts BUT then we skied and returned to it. Peppery, acidic, under-ripened cherry, lemon zest, some smoke, grapefruit, cherries and plumb. Great Value and cool adventure

Interesting 70 percent tempranillo, 30 percent merlot blend with intense coffee, chocolate, and leather aromas on the nose, with berries and milk chocolate on the palate. Pronounced, reasonably lengthy finish that echoes the chocolatey flavors. Outstanding value in Spanish wine.
