Peppermint Schnapps and coconut on the nose and scotch on the palate. Not sure where this bottle went wrong, but not close to any notes here or on CT. Held this bottle for seven years so disappointing to have to dump it. Had Mrs A give it a try. She confirmed the coconut and scotch, and called some caramel and corn silk. Somehow she liked it. Will try again tomorrow, but not optimistic and not for me.

Mar 23rd, 2016Beautiful wine. Left it open for 4 hours before drinking it (went crosscountry skiing ;) ). Worth decanting it ! Will buy again
