Nose of cream and ripe plums and red cherries, slight chocolate, slight black pepper. Taste of burnt chocolate, red fruit, some purple fruit notes, cream, very slight bell peppers or some other green. Interesting depth but ever so slightly out of balance. Definitely fun secondary notes developing.

Oct 31st, 2021Quite sweet with hints or almost a port. Cloves and blackberry with a little tartness. Smooth but still quite nice. Not as spicy or as bold as a California Cab Sav. Nice vintage.
