Amorro Blanco

A still wine from Andalucía, and a funky one at that. A little frizzante, a little cider-ey, a little oxidized. Fun. Like the label. And Priced accordingly.

Medium body white wine. Would love to try again with food in particular pork chops.

gold in color. salty start with a citrus finish at first. then it got super peach and papaya. super good. rolls around on the pallet. bigger body than i imagined ! not super acidic at all and like no tannin. very delicious. $21

I can’t tell if it’s VA or just reallyyyyy saline. But I want to keep drinking it? Sorta peachy on the finish. 100% palomino

Wonderful white wine from Spain with a balanced minerality.

Immediately strong smell of cat urine, not particularly pleasant taste. Sat in fridge for 16 hours, enough time to open up and become much more well rounded. Chewy, funky, fruity, creamy
