La Nymphina Yecla Monastrell

We’re back at il Capitano in Port Duquesa having this wine for the second time. Enjoyed with our pizza & risotto. Same score as last time 19,45€, restaurant price.

Back at Port Duquesa at one of our favorite Italian restaurants…very busy tonight… never seen this wine before but we are certainly enjoying this bottle, only 18,5€. Served too warm but they provided an ice bucket. Will order again.

Paired w/house-made pappardella, braised short rib, crimini mushroom cream

Complex and powerful flavored. Taste better with time to breathe. Smooth.
