Tannat

Hint of oak. Lots of tannins.

A tannic beast. Tasty but give it time.

Dark, glass-clinging purple. Menthol and dark fruit on the nose with something slightly meaty added on the palate. Firm tannins and medium acidity support the full mouthfeel. Nice new world interpretation of the variety. Best by 2017, but could certainly last longer.

Noce Urugvay wine - maybe a little bit too sweet for me, but better taste develops after it was open for 20-30 minutes.
