Session 1 of Wine Essentials One at the Institute of Culinary Education Center for Wine Studies.
My first time tasting a Uruguayan wine. Deep violet color, with a soft rich bouquet of jam. Deep dark ripe fruit flavors of cherry, dark berry, and plum. High in tannins.
