What a delightful wine this is…
Intense floral perfume (jasmin, roses, orangeblossom), peaches and pears on the palate, great acidity, pink grapefruit and lemon peel bitterness highlighting the aftertaste. Freshness, intensity and drinkability crammed into one bottle.
Went very well wirh an asparagus carbonara indeed.

Herbaceous intense Elderflower with a twist of lime. Delicious even with some age

Incredible Torrontés. High acidity leads to a fresh, driven wine with serious intensity. Lime and white flowers (jasmine) stand out, but pink grapefruit and orange also come through. Surprising minerality on this wine. Really long finish - unlike any torrontés I’ve ever had.
