On the nose; lemon cream custard, combination of green & golden apple, grapefruit, some lime, ripe pineapple, cream soda, soft understated minerality and yellow florals.
On the palate; it’s, crisp, on the leaner side, fruity but has plenty of rocky minerality. Green & golden apple, lime zest, grapefruit, pineapple, cream soda, soft understated minerality and yellow florals. Crispy acidity and a refreshing, rich polished finish.
