Great value wine with surprising complexity and variation between aromas and tasting notes. It is fairly well balanced medium to medium plus body, medium plus tannins, dry, hint of acidity.
On the nose blackberry and black cherry, leather, oak and earth. On the palate more cedar, pepper, chocolate, blackberry syrup, prune, licorice, molasses. Fairly long finish.
