Warm climate, oaked, MLF, but none of these are overbearing. Light yellow green. Lively mineral and green pineapple nose when cold, more banana and tropical blossoms as it warms. Smooth, just a touch oily, nice fresh acidity, admirably long tart finish of green bananas. No astringency whatsoever. The body might be a bit weak, but it makes up for it with a solid aftertaste. I find this Chardonnay's balance of tropical flavors with refreshing greenness to be highly winsome! I'd buy again for sure.

Bad pairing! Bourbon grilled chicken fought with this wine. On it's own, I enjoyed it very much. Buttery with some background wood flavor and vanilla. Benefitted from aeration.
