Wine is thick with a nice balance between tartness, cream, and minerality. Very Chard like minus the oak. Medium+ finish. When paired with pulled pork tacos it tastes like a Green Apple Blow Pop! 9.3 without food, 9.5 with, so pair it with some spice and beef. Great rec by the local wine store. Impressive and great value @ £20!
