Unique silky mouth feel, almost buttery. Pineapple/citrus acidity on nose, grassy notes. Like a blend of Sancerre and a buttery California Chardonnay. Slight bitterness on finish. Lingering finish

A peach color. Very dry and has a bit of peach flavour. Served with sea bass and prawns.

Bone dry, minerally wine with delicate hints of raspberry. Moderate acidity, long finish. Served with cream of broccoli soup.
