Dec 13th, 2019Spent my day off learning about Bolivian wine. Northernmost wine region in South America, the bottom of the coffee belt. Over 6000 feet in elevation about an hour and a half northwest of Salta in Argentina. 15% Sauv Blanc, Chardonnay and PX. Acidity and florality, killer wine for spicy foods.

Jun 19th, 2018Dark red berries and a bit of smoke. Hint of spice. Just the right amount of earthiness for me. Love the sediment at the bottom!
