Strong nose of blackberries, plums, cherries, spices, oak, licorice, black pepper and earth.
Light to medium bodied, with medium acidity and a soft mouthfeel.
Dry on the palate with plums, cherries, currants, wood, light vanilla, licorice, spices, tar, earth, pencil lead, peppercorn and green vegetables.
Medium finish with soft tannins and spices.
This is a nice, easy drinking Spanish red for everyday. Feels like a new world red. Good wine with food and by itself, at a good price.
Soft and not intruding. Good for parties and good right out of the bottle. Not my usual style, but I enjoyed it.

Apr 10th, 201414.5/20 (83/100) Занятный аромат, не вполне типичный для бобаля: вскоре после открытия бутылки на первый план в нем выходят ноты цикория, ягод кизила, барбариса, затем проявляются тона черничного варенья и йода, а спустя три-четыре часа уходит практически всё и остаётся лишь запах процедурного кабинета в поликлинике. Так что интересное поначалу вино спустя короткий промежуток времени превращается в откровенно неприятное.
