This is a fun blend, consisting of 6 different varietals, mainly Cabernet Sauvignon at 46%. This is an entry level offering from Blue Rock and some might say their flagship wine. The blend seems to change from year to year but this is an exceptional one. Very flavorful and complex with a medium to long finish. This is enjoyable by itself or with an aged cheese or steak dinner. Enjoy now or hold for a few years.
