I picked this bottle of bubbles up from Dan Murphy's for $22. And yes I bought it because it's so darn beautiful (this pic doesn't do it justice)! It's made by Blue Pyrenees Estate in Victoria which was established in 1963 by the French company Remy Martin. It's now 100% Australian owned & operated.

This sparkling dry rose is made predominately from Chardonnay & Pinot Noir from several vintages. And it's aged on lees for 3 years.

On the eye it's a peachy-pink colour with notes of red apple, lemon citrus and strawberry cheesecake on the nose. In the mouth it has a lovely bright effervescence with a nice clean finish. And before I knew it the bottle was gone 😆

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #tcweekdaywine
