Tanzen Dame Finger Lakes Dry Gewürztraminer

Funky! I can’t quite put my finger on the tasting notes with this one. Lots of funk, some rose, great color, almost has a Normandy Cider vibe.

Tastes like fresh pineapple juice and a hazy peach IPA 🍑💦 smells like key lime pie and rain 🤤

Great wine. Aromatic, expressive, floral and elegant. Great texture and acid balance.

Score 3 points for non-varietal correctness! Dried apricot, burnt orange rind, kind of tastes like Fall; so very appropriate. And yes, that is the right color.

Superb one of my preferred bottles.

Second harvest elegant candied

An orange shade reminiscent of the sun’s corona.

Just a pretty bouquet. The sweetness of a rose, the citrus of orange peel, the greenery of basil, parsley, and mint. Honeycomb and a hillside breeze.

Slight effervescence. Dry. Still as juicy as a plump, fresh orange. The afternote of grapefruit lingers along with honey.

Funky, aromatic, melon on the nose. Paired with nettled Gouda cheese.

Slight oxidation. Quite nice and original.
