Super interesting Riesling. On the nose, preserved lemons, hay and beeswax. In the mouth, lemon zest, minerals and steel. Good acidity, but a certain hollowness in the mid palate... it just doesn’t have the “oomph” of the best Rieslings, but certainly iconoclastic.

Steely but not bracing. No petrol notes, in a blind tasting I would not have guessed this was a riesling.
