Rich violet hue with elegant legs. Nose is smoke, cured meat, vegetal, with tobacco but densely sweet blackberry at the center. Invitingly lush warm and supple palate with some tobacco and stewed fruit. Very yummy. Paired with bbq cheese-burgers

We found a local Syrah that everyone likes - ordered two bottles. Paired nicely with duck entrees and vegetarian entrees alike. Pepper, light tannins, very nicely balanced, not too jammy.

Smooth and silky. Slight smoke profile. Well balanced. Wasn't expecting it to be this good. Low acidity. Some currant and raisins.
