Feb 16th, 2021This must be an early vintage to this wine. Probably best if you don’t let it age. If you have the 2003 vintage 14 years later perhaps a course of action would be to drink it fast, no pauses between sips. Very “unique” aftertaste. Not quite vinegar but it is on approach.
