Some very sharp & spicy notes. Would pair better with red meat.

Spicy.... not good for sushi, I guess. Better with a Spanish or meat

Subtle oak, mildly sweet aftertaste. VERY smooth. Will pretty much go with anything.

fruity...maybe fig? soft tannins. Supposed to go well with Spanish tapas. We had it with some prosciutto.

Strong smell, but smooth taste. No real bite or spiciness, a tad chalky but may get better if it sits
