Wonderful nose and color to it, very fruit forward. The first sip gives hints of dark berries and as it sits in your mouth you can pick up on some light tones of wood smoke and vanilla. Very lovely Zinfandel. If you feeling a light red for a pasta or on its own with potentially some cheese, try this one out.

Chris thought this was great for a Zinfandel. Cal & Chad brought it - had bought at winery, and apparently the winery had an amazing tour. Bucket list!

A little jammy and not enough chaos in the bottle for my taste. I think a zin should be more assertive than this as well. That said, this one's not terrible. We bought it at the Sumac winery in Summerland last month where I remember it standing out in the tasting.
