Cooler climate red blend offers nice balance from an underrated wine region.

Doubt anyone's heard this before but this Nota Bene's a darn fine sip (least this '03)

Very glad to see that the Nota Bene is still alive and well 10 years on.

Going old school tonight. Pleasantly surprised that this '01 held up as nicely as it did. Brava Senka.

Black Hills 2016 Nota Bene. Will be happy for another 10 or more years in the cellar. Sage, tobacco, blackberry... Awesome.

New release is already phenomenal with dark berry, white pepper and leather on the nose. Ripe cherry and spice will pair well with a thick cut T-bone steak grilled over charcoal. Will age well over next 10 years.
