Don't drink rose often. This one was pretty darn palettable. Needed a rose to pair with home made paella. Champagne strawberries on the aroma. Honeydew hints as well. Alcohol is noticeable at 13.9%. A touch of minerality with the fruit on the tongue. Slight silky mouthfeel with good acidity. Light tannins. Good dry finish
