Had this served at a conference. First glass had to sit there for about 20 mins before I could tolerate a sip. I would have liked to try it after a day and in about 4 years. Way too acidic.

Woww. What a nose: ripe with bell pepper, red fruits, meat and a lot of rhubarb. And it's pinotting dementially. Fresh and young palate, with a little beading effect.
