Black pepper, meat and iron. Dense heavy but not that heavy. Tannins but not that tannic.

Sour cherries and plum, light and drinkable. A bit unusual as not sweet. Eat smoky meat, paprika, chorizo 😁

Opaque deep red. Fresh pepper corns and Szechuan peppercorns on the nose. Fresh black pepper, black olives, dark chocolate on the palate. Finishes on green strawberries and cocoa. Didn't expect it from a Shiraz .
